Infopro Learning worked closely with this financial leader to enhance and update the online information security training program. New topics, including animations, learning activities, and scenario-based examples, were woven into the program.

Over 30,000 employees have taken the course, and successful phishing attempts decreased substantially.

• 20% decrease in incidents/phishing attempts:
  There has been an increase in the number of adequately reported phishing attempts and a 20% decrease in successful attacks.
• 67 NPS score:
  An internal employee survey found that participants found the program valuable.
• 138% positive impact score:
  The survey results also found that participants felt the course directly applied to their roles.
