Named Finalist at the British Training Awards 2026 Across Three Categories
Training Industry, the LPI, and the British Training Awards conduct independent evaluation processes. These designations are not self-reported. LPI Gold Accreditation is assessed across six performance domains. The British Training Awards shortlist is drawn from competitive submissions across the UK L&D market. Achieving four recognitions in a single quarter, spanning North American, European, and global bodies, reflects consistent performance across geographies and capability areas.
Leadership Appointment
Expanding the team where growth demands it.
Alex Ball
Vice President, Learning Solutions
Infopro Learning is strengthening its UK operation with the addition of Alex Ball as Vice President, Learning Solutions. Ball brings 26 years of experience in learning and development, with a career spanning senior commercial and growth leadership roles across consultancies and learning providers.
His expertise covers learning strategy, Managed Learning Services design, and EMEA client development. The appointment directly supports Infopro Learning’s regional growth priorities and deepens the capability of its UK team at a time when European demand for managed and strategic learning engagements is increasing.
Wins This Quarter
Three engagements that reflect the breadth and depth of what Infopro Learning is being chosen to deliver.
Major Multi-Year MLS Win in the Middle East
Infopro Learning was appointed as the Managed Learning Services partner for the corporate academy of a leading Middle East industrial organization. The contract is a multi-year engagement, with transition beginning 1 October 2026.
This is one of our most significant MLS wins of the year. It hands Infopro Learning full operation of an enterprise corporate academy across six integrated service lines: learning administration and coordination, an embedded design studio, capability partnering, content solution delivery, flexible and surge workforce, and strategic partnership and governance. At transition the academy runs around 53,000 annual training records across a large trainer network and multiple institutes and training centres.
The model is built to transform, not just to operate. We embed our people inside the academy’s teams, protect the local relationships that already work, and automate routine effort so academy staff can focus on capability and business impact. A four-phase transition moves from deep discovery to a co-designed operating model, then hypercare, then steady state, with a joint steering committee holding governance throughout.
The win deepens the Middle East presence Infopro Learning established earlier in 2026 and reflects the direction set out in Q1. It is Intelligence-Powered MLS in practice: a partner that anticipates rather than reacts, chosen for long-term transformation over delivery volume.
AI Leadership Transformation at Enterprise Scale
Infopro Learning is delivering an AI leadership transformation program for a major US insurance group, developing leaders across two tracks at the same time: senior executives and people leaders.
leaders in the pilot — 50 senior leaders and 200 people leaders, developed simultaneously
sessions per track, each journey opening with an AI readiness assessment
of content customized to the client’s real workplace scenarios, tools, and decisions
average score from the pilot demo session, with participants citing facilitator expertise across a demanding senior audience
projected lower cost per leader as the program scales, driven by reusable assets
The challenge is one many regulated enterprises now face. Leaders are being held accountable for AI initiatives without having been formally developed for that accountability. The organization carries a strong fiduciary culture and uneven AI capability across its leadership. Technology alone does not close that gap.
We designed two parallel two-day immersive programs, one for each cohort. The senior executive track covers AI strategy and vision, governance and ethics, portfolio planning, transformation leadership, and ROI measurement. The people leader track covers AI business transformation, use case development, execution, and accountability. Delivery is in-person and blended, with structured peer learning, real application assignments, and post-program AI coaching.
The program is built to scale beyond the pilot. It produces a reusable capability framework, facilitation guides, and assessment instruments the client can extend to the wider leadership population, bringing the cost per leader down as it grows.
The engagement runs on Infopro Learning’s AI Transformation Suite, the full-spectrum system we use to move organizations from AI awareness to AI-native operation: advisory, capability building, tool adoption, change management, and the Guru AI coaching and intelligence layer.
Global Leadership Development Delivery for a Global Manufacturing and Technology Corporation
Infopro Learning will relaunch and deliver leadership development programs for a global manufacturing and technology corporation across three regions, under a master agreement. Signed statements of work now cover North America, EMEA, and Mexico, with the North America program signed in June 2026.
regions — North America, EMEA, and Mexico, under one master agreement
leadership tracks — junior and emerging management, plus middle and high-potential leaders
in-person days across four modules over 9 to 12 months for the senior track
leaders per cohort, with a second-cohort expansion option built in
from kickoff to first cohort launch
The organization came to us after a multi-year pause in leadership development, with business owners waiting and no vendor in place. The need was direct: relaunch the programs globally, fast, without losing regional relevance or global consistency.
We took on the full arc. Certified regional facilitators deliver in each market. Our coordination team runs the program end to end, from enrollment and scheduling to SuccessFactors integration, attendance, and monthly reporting. A leadership assessment anchors each participant’s development. And we build the client’s own capability alongside ours through a train-the-trainer track, so internal facilitators can carry the program forward.
This is what leadership delivery at scale looks like when it is done properly. Consistent global standards, adapted region by region, launched quickly, and built to hand back capability rather than create dependence.

Looking Ahead
Q2 was the build. Q3 is the conversion.
Four independent recognitions in a single quarter, including a British Training Awards shortlist and a second consecutive LPI Gold Accreditation, confirm that Infopro Learning’s standing in the global L&D market is growing. A new Vice President in the UK strengthens the EMEA operation. OneGuru makes its market debut as Infopro Learning’s answer to the fragmented talent tech stack problem. And The Talent Equation’s Josh Bersin episode positions Infopro Learning alongside the most credible research voices in the industry. Q3 is about converting that foundation into enterprise relationships that compound over time.
Vertical deepening
Sustain and extend double-digit growth in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Energy with sector-specific account development and offer refinement.
OneGuru
Expand OneGuru’s presence in the enterprise talent technology market. As organizations face growing pressure to connect learning to performance outcomes, OneGuru addresses the core infrastructure gap: a single, AI-native system where skills, learning, performance, and career data operate together.
EMEA growth
Translate the UK leadership appointment and British Training Awards recognition into a stronger regional pipeline and deeper enterprise relationships across EMEA.
Market recognition
Convert Training Industry, LPI, and British Training Awards visibility into enterprise pipeline. Independent analyst and accreditation body recognition are proof points buyers weight in procurement decisions.
