Key challenges faced by the Client include-
- There was a need to deliver world-class corporate training solutions focused on product knowledge, marketing, and soft skills.
- The existing LMS does not have the ability to structure curriculum into journeys and track individual learning paths.
- During the curriculum design phase, the marketers needed to be assessed on their current proficiency level and progress to the Advanced level.
- The gamification feature was missing in the current LMS so there was a need to add a Learning Experience Platform with these features.
