Prescott Arizona – Chief Learning Officer (CLO) has announced today their 2016 Learning in Practice award winners and named Patricia Winchester from USA Today Network the winner of the silver division one Business Impact Award. Nolan Hout and Arun Anarag from Infopro Learning traveled to CLO’s annual symposium in Prescott Arizona to attend the event.
InfoPro Learning, in partnership with the USA TODAY Network, created a Learning Strategy for modernizing product training to increase ROI earlier this year. The training program impacted 2,500 tenured reps, as well as reaching 45 new reps every month by modernizing training to reduce learning time. The project was able to reduce learning time by 60% resulting in reducing training costs by $306,000 annually.
