Learner Management: Using InfoPro Learning’s LMS (GnosisLMS), or a client-owned LMS, InfoPro Learning will manage and update user profile data, including user roles, permissions and learning assignments.
Catalog Management: As outlined in the Annual Performance Learning Plan, or by request, InfoPro Learning will manage the entire lifecycle of course content, from addition, modification, and eventual archival.
Help Desk Services: With offices located around the globe, InfoPro Learning uses the “follow the sun” model to deliver 24/7 support services to over 100 countries. InfoPro Learning offers Level 1-3 help desk support, delivered in 20 different languages.
Learning Administration Services: This service is also provided in the iDeliver service, but for those signed on purely for iSustain, learning administration provides course administration scheduling and fulfillment across an entire organization, or business unit.
