Overview

The modern work environment often requires that we process massive amounts of data and incorporate a variety of perspectives from our colleagues while attempting to solve complex problems and arrive at objective, optimal solutions.

This creative workshop is designed to help participants develop analytical and critical thinking skills to formulate creative solutions to complex problems. The workshop covers:​ ​

  • Deductive and inductive reasoning
  • A new mindset to support objective critical thinking in an environment of massive data and multiple perspectives
  • A thought process to strategically approach problem solving
  • Essential skills and tools to use as individuals and teams
  • Application of these resources to practical workplace challenges

This course explores the nature and techniques of critical thought, viewed as a way to reach optimal conclusions and establish a reliable basis for our claims, beliefs, and perspectives.

The various tools, resources and skills introduced in this program are applied to “real world” workplace situations in order to develop the practical ability to leverage new capabilities.
