Organizational Analysis: We determine where training is needed and under what conditions training will be delivered. We identify the knowledge, skills, and abilities that employees will need for the future as their jobs and the organization evolves.
Operations/Task Analysis: We examine the knowledge and skill requirements for each job and compare this requirement with the actual knowledge and skills of employees. Our TNA model identifies any gaps leading to training needs.
Individual Analysis: We perform extensive analyses of performance reviews and conduct focused assessment of employees to determine the individual level of knowledge and skills. We unearth key performance problems and deficiencies that impact the employee and organizational performances.
